Good answer from Hakan to the GREEKS. Leave the history and come to Gevgelija to have nise time. We are closer than Las Vegas and the Greks still needs visas to travel to USA.

Hakan do you have information about PRINCESS (SHERATON) hotel its nearly ready bur the company is without office in Gevgelija and from CALIFORNIA RESORT two year,s ago they have active office with people from USA and GREECE. Let,s say like casinos menagers , food and beverage , marketing and etc. Why PRINCESS company is not active still in these situacion?
Soon they will open casino in Gevgelia. GM of the company in Europe now. Probably he came here to operate operations in Gevgelia. How do i know that because i worked for Princess 16 years. They are not active yet because they don’t want to promote casino before they open. They have great strategies for marketing but going little bit slowly.
In 2007 i accept to be creator of new big project in Gevgelija and to work for Gitoni company owned by Mr. Nick Ballajanis and Paul Stellman.My job was to arrange for the company to by land on the entrance of the town. I needed one year period to arrange for the company 5,5 hektars private land from 24 different owners. These land is for California Resort project in Gevgelija . I hope they shall start building january 2010. It is great for me i fineshed this job seccsfully.
